2022-2025 Consultant Team Program

Scope of Services The City of Irvine (“City”) uses a Consultant Team for many important professional services as part of the City’s Consultant Team Program. The full Consultant Team Program Request for Proposal (RFP) process is conducted on a triennial basis. If additional consultants are needed, the City will perform an update process occurring after the first and/or second years of the three-year contract term. It is the City's intent to establish a team structure of consultant firms. This 2022-2025 Consultant Team Program RFP is intended to establish new contracts for a three-year term, commencing July 1, 2022. Upon review of the City’s forecasted projects for this term, the 2022-2025 Consultant Team Program is comprised of six professional categories with a total of twenty-one specialty areas. The professional categories and specialty areas are as listed in RFP Document. Reference attached RFP Document for complete Scope of Services. NOTE: Only firms who have registered and downloaded the RFP document from the City’s website (BidsOnline system) may submit a proposal. Failure to download the documents from the City’s BidsOnline system shall result in the proposal being deemed non-responsive. Proposal Submittal: Proposals must be submitted electronically via the City’s BidsOnline system as set forth in the RFP document. (Proposals submitted by any other method such as hard copy or email will be disqualified.)
