Description | The 2022 Traffic Calming Device Installation Services consists of the following: Furnish and install sixteen (16) Speed Limit Feedback Signs (SLFS) also known as Radar Speed Signs (RSS) per minimum requirements Installation shall include pedestal pole assembly featuring a SLFS/RSS with a solar panel and battery pack SLFS/RSS equipment shall be installed at various locations throughout the City of Aurora A site visit with the selected Contractor and City project staff shall be required to field locate each of the sixteen (16) SLFS/RSS devices. Selected Contractor will be responsible for Colorado 811 services for each area locate prior to the site visits. Selected Contractor shall submit materials cut sheets to the Project Manager for review and approval prior to purchase of any materials for this project. All work shall be performed in accordance with City of Aurora Roadway Design and Construction Specifications dated 2016, details available at: https://www.auroragov.org/business_services/development_center/codes_rules/design_standards/engineering_design_standards. Work not specifically called out but is needed to accomplish a successful project under this contract should be considered as part of the work to be performed, whether specifically detailed or not.
