Brandt Drive Extension

**As of July 15, 2022, project was awarded to Tedesco Construction Company awarded amount is $289,547.10** Provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary for the construction of an extension on Brandt Drive, as more clearly specified in the Contract Documents. Questions concerning the attached Contract Documents may be referred to Donna McVeigh at (724) 776-4806, extension 1134, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., except Holidays. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of One-Thousand Dollars ($1,000) payable to Cranberry Township. All bids shall remain irrevocable for 60 days after the actual date of the opening in compliance with Act 317 of 1978 approved November 26, 1978. The estimated cost of this Project is greater than Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000) and the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act shall apply.
