The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Flooring, HVAC, and Electrical work associated with the renovation of the Juvenile Probation Offices. B. Type of Contract: 1. Bidders shall note that the Prevailing Wage Rates published by the Department of Industrial Relations are to be complied with throughout this project. Bidders shall also note that the Rules and Regulations on Equal Employment Opportunity shall be made a part of this contract. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. If, in the opinion of the Owner, the acceptance of the lowest bid is not in the best interest of all concerned, the Owner may accept another proposal so opened or reject all proposals and advertise for other bids.
