Description

Disconnecting 8 LMI (Part 1) and 25 non-LMI (Part 2) houses from septic service; abandoning in place the septic tanks, installing PVC sewer service pipe from the cleanout at the property line to the house; and restoring the yards and landscaping to previous conditions. Contractor must hold a current South Carolina Mechanical Contractor's license with a Plumbing subclassification. Part 1 (LMI houses) of the contract must be completed no later than June 30th, 2020
