Description

The project consists of drainage and roadway improvements including storm sewer piping, channel grading and riprap, street reconstruction, profile milling, variable-width overlay paving and all required appurtenances. A certified check or Bid Bond in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total Bid, will be submitted with each bid. The Bidder will also include a Non-Collusion Affidavit with the bid. Bids may be held by the owner for up to 60 days from the date of opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders prior to awarding the contract. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities, or to negotiate contract amounts.
