Description

On-Call Architecture and Engineering Professional Services associated with the design and supervision of various public construction projects for a period of 3 years. It is anticipated that a schedule of rates will be negotiated for the contract, and task orders developed and negotiated for specific projects. The scope of individual assignments may include, but not limited to: elevator modernization, planning, utility system evaluation and design, site work, roofs, replacement of electrical panels, plumbing, kitchen cabinet replacement, window replacement, bathroom renovations, asbestos and lead based paint removal, project consultation and management, feasibility studies, physical needs assessments third-party evaluations, design for renovations and/or repairs, design for new construction, project management and construction supervision or management services.
