Description

Supply and install Kool Deck Keystone waterproofing on structural slab of pool deck. The scope of work also includes removal, store at site as specified by Owner and reinstallation of deck fencing, gates, furniture, showers, fixtures or component installed or placed on the deck. Preserve existing utilities, electric conduits, heating equipment, etc. Remove and dispose existing floor finishes including but not limited to tiles, mortar, waterproofing, topping slab and other items and components.
