Description

Construction of Sewage Works for Dayton. The bidder shall submit a work history showing the satisfactory completion of two recent technically similar projects with a value of $500,000 or more. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid to insure the execution of the Contract for which such bid is made. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informalities, and to negotiate with any and all bidders
