Description

Set-Aside 8(a): s repair by replacement of a building wing known as the “Lejeune Room” in building 2615, Camp Lejeune’s Officer’s Club. The Lejeune Room is an approximately 2,550 square foot central wing located at the rear of the building. This design-build (DB) project will fully replace and expand the Lejeune Room, which was significantly damaged by Hurricane Florence (2018). The room, post-renovation, will have the same function and tenants with an increased capacity of approximately 4,575 square feet.
