Aa of 2/15/2023, the project is being postponed. We will be notified of the new bid date when it becomes available. The Carroll County Cooperative Extension Service, 500 Floyd Drive, Carrollton, KY 41008, will receive sealed bids for the construction of an open cover pavilion. This pavilion will be located at our newly purchased land, located on Hwy 227 between the North Key and the Family Worship Center building. The Carroll County Cooperative Extension District Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Board also reserves the right to waive any informality or irregularity in any bid
