Description Bridge and roadway paving contracts. This work may be performed at the following Port Authority Facilities: 1) Holland Tunnel 2) Staten Island Bridges 3) Lincoln Tunnel and Port Authority Bus Terminal 4) George Washington Bridge and George Washington Bridge Bus Station The work required to be performed includes, but is not limited to: 1. Provide labor, material and equipment to mill and pave asphalt and/or concrete pavements on grade, suspended concrete and steel deck. 2. Pave with heavy-duty paving mixes (i.e. Superpave) and asphalt additives such as Rosphalt. 3. Furnish and install waterproofing membranes 4. Furnish and install lane striping, markers and reflectors 5. Furnish, install and remove maintenance material and protection of traffic material. 6. Work within restricted work hours, including weekends 7. Follow staging requirements. 8. Maintain roadways fully operational during peak traffic periods.
