| Description | The California Science Center is soliciting bids to procure all labor, including travel and per diem, transportation, equipment, supplies, and parts needed to haul and dispose of refuse, recycling, and organic waste. Contractor shall include all fuel, city fees, permits, cost of materials and equipment, dump fees, and any additional fees necessary to perform the services. Final Date to Submit Written Questions 12/16/2022 10:00 a.m. Written Responses to Questions Released by 12/20/2022 5:00 p.m. Notice of Intent to Award Released by 01/03/2023 5:00 p.m. Proposed Award Date 01/11/2023 5:00 p.m. Ready-for-Use, Contract Start Date 03/01/2023 The contract is tentatively scheduled to commence on March 01, 2023 (or upon DGS OLS Approval), and end February 28, 2026. Any changes to the period of performance must be done as a written Amendment to the Agreement by the California Science Center. |
