Description

The contractor shall provide all expressed and implied: labor, material, equipment including scaffolding and support systems, and means necessary to properly perform and execute the work described in this RFB. The Village of Oak Park is seeking bids from qualified contractors to perform masonry repairs at the Central Pumping Station. The Public Works Department will review and evaluate the bids. Any agreement awarded as a result of this RFB will be executed by the Village Manager as authorized by the Village Board. The Village Board reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to waive technicalities, or to accept any item of any bid.
