| Description | SCOPE OF WORK: Provide all supervision, materials, tools, labor, and equipment required to complete work described within these specifications and drawings. Work includes but is not limited to: removal of all existing stucco, insulation, windows, entry and access doors on one 4-unit housing building, Building 417, and one 2-unit housing building, Building 414. Abate existing building to remove asbestos and lead. Provide new cabling and cable conduit as required to conceal cabling within new overhead soffit and/or siding. Install new windows, doors, insulation, trim, gutters/downspouts and fiber-cement type siding. Provide new concrete sidewalk to connect to existing sidewalks in front of building 414 and new concrete pads in front of mechanical rooms. |
