Description

The State is seeking to hire a CM/GC who can effectively partner with the State on various renovations and repairs to the windows, doors, and roof of the Tennessee State Capitol Building. The windows and doors are primarily wood materials that, while not original, are historic in nature and require repairs that range from simple cleaning to replacement of aged and deteriorated components; all will require refinishing. The roof is copper sheet based with copper flashing and soldered seams. Various components will need replacement, refurbishment, or resealing, including, possibly, the adjacent stone material and reglets.
