| Description | Pursuant to Section 1770 and following of the Labor Code, the Contractor for the work will be required to pay, at least, the general prevailing wage rates as determined by the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations of the State of California. Questions or wage rates pertaining to the general prevailing wage should be directed to the Division of Labor Statistics and Research, P.O. Box 420603, San Francisco, CA 94142-0603 Bid bond, labor and material bond and performance bonds are required. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding. Each bidder must be appropriately licensed in the State of California and registered with the Department of Industrial Relations for this project as required by law.
