Sewer System Extension/consolidation - 2023 For The Town Of Henderson

The project generally includes the replacement of existing ultraviolet disinfection system, construction of a 1,200 square foot control/maintenance building, replacement of existing storage shed roof, demolition of existing building, as well as suppling of aluminum trailer, utility terrain vehicle, portable generator and other appurtenant and related items of work The bond shall be countersigned by a person who is under contract with the surety company or bond issuer as a licensed agent in the state of Louisiana, and who is residing in Louisiana. The amount of this check shall be five (5%) percent of the amount bid and shall be given as a guarantee that the bidder will execute the contract should it be awarded to him. Checks or bonds shall be payable to the Town of Henderson, Louisiana No bidder may withdraw his bid for at least forty-five (45) days after the time scheduled for the opening of bids
