Fort Campbell Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC)

TITLE: FORT CAMPBELL CONSTRUCTION SERVICES CONTRACT, FORT CAMPBELL, KY THE RESULTANT CONTRACTS WILL BE MULTIPLE AWARD TASK ORDER CONTRACTS (MATOC) A. This acquisition is set-aside for Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) Small Business Participants. B. The assigned NAICS Code is 236220, "Commercial and Institutional Building Construction" w ith a small business size standard of $45 million. C. The estimated combined value of all task orders aw arded under this contract vehicle over the five (5) year ordering period is $275 million. D. Block 11, the Commencement, Prosecution, and Completion dates w ill be determined at issuance of each individual task order. See FAR Clause 52.211-10. E. Repair, Renovation and Construction FFP The contractor shall provide (as specified in each Task Order under the resulting contract) all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to perform a broad range of construction, repair, maintenance, and design-build services at Fort Campbell, KY. Work shall be performed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the resulting contract, Statement of Work, Scope of Work, and Specifications and Drawings as required in any resulting individual Task Order issued. Ordering Period: 30 June 2023 through 29 June 2028. The program ceiling for all task orders shall not exceed $275,000,000.00. FOB: Destination SHIP VIA: Best Way ( Shippers Option) DESCRIPTION AND SPECIFICATIONS MULTIPLE AWARD (MA) INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) 1. GENERAL. This is a construction services contract to fulfill construction and Design Build requirements at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the Contract Service Providers. The Contractor shall perform to the standards specified in this SOW. Contract Service Providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the Government. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and construction services necessary as defined in this SOW. 1.1. Description of Work: The MAIDIQ will be used to execute a broad range of maintenance, repair, and new construction projects on real property at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. During the contract span, the Government will identify Tasks required to complete each project. The Contracting Officer (KO) will issue Requests for Task Order Proposal (RTOP) to the awarded Contractor(s) to compete for projects. The projects will include tasks associated with New Construction, Maintenance and Repair (M&R) related to variety of trades such as: carpentry, roofing, painting, electrical, Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, masonry, demolition, roadwork, storm drainage, earthwork, welding, construction of new structures or facilities, energy conservation, environmental, logistical, operational type work and other general construction work deemed necessary to support the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) Fort Campbell's mission requirements. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, supplies/materials and tools/equipment necessary to provide Construction Services as described herein
