A certified check or bidders bond in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid will be required with each bid. Bids submitted without the certified check or bidders bond will not be accepted. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities in bids and to accept the bid that in the opinion of the City Council is most advantageous to the City.
