Description | This project involves the demolition and removal of two separate structures and attached elevated wood decks and staircases at 111 Ralston Ridge, Boulder Creek, California 95006 as detailed below. The structures that will be demolished and removed as part of this project include an approximately 1,700 SF one-story single family home with a stand-up crawl space underneath a portion of the home, and an attached elevated wood deck with a staircase at 111 Ralston Ridge; and an approximately 1,400 SF two-story structure with garage on the first floor and living space on the second floor and attached elevated wood deck with a staircase at 113 Ralston Ridge. 111 Ralston Ridge was built in the 1970s. 113 Ralston Ridge was built in the 2000s. Foundation demolition and removal is not in the scope of work. An Asbestos Inspection and Sampling and Lead-based Paint Survey was conducted at the property. Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs) were found in the home at 111 Ralston Ridge. Lead based paint was found in both 111 Ralston Ridge and 113 Ralston Ridge. Abatement of the ACMs and lead-based paint is included under this contract. See Attachment A - Asbestos Inspection and Sampling and Lead-based Paint Survey for additional details. The Contractor and all subcontractor employees engaged on this project shall be compensated at or above the current prevailing wage rate determination issued by the Director of Industrial Relations. Prospective bidders must be fully qualified, licensed, certified, and insured to perform the work requested. All work performed must meet all current applicable laws and regulations.
