| Description | The Government is conducting market research to identify potential small business sources to provide custodial services in facilities that require varying levels of clearance to up to and including facilities requiring the contract to have a current Top Secret (TS) Facility Clearance issued by Defense Security Service (DSS) office. Personnel must have a final U.S. Government issued TOP SECRET security clearance and be DCID 6/4 eligible with a current SSBI. The aforementioned facilities are physically located at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Lackland and its associated annexes located in San Antonio, Texas. Facilities and compounds are physically separated and the contractor will need to provide transportation between locations. Custodial services required include: 1. Facility cleaning services (non-carpeted floors, carpeted floors, Stairways/Elevators/Handicap Lifts, Clean Floor (Walk-Off) Mats, and Trash Collection/Removal (Centralized Locations). 2. Restrooms/Locker Rooms Cleaning Services (Clean and disinfect, restroom floor care, stock room supplies, sanitary toilet seat covers, clean drinking fountains, Restroom Trash Removal, and Maintain Waterless Urinals). 3. Periodic Cleaning Services (Hard floor maintenance to include strip, wax, and buffing and Periodic Carpet Restorative Cleaning). | ||
