| Description | Bids received after this time will be returned unopened. Bids shall be valid for ninety (90) Working Days after the bid opening date. The Project consists generally of installation of 8' tall decorative iron security fencing, auto operated gates, new trash enclosure, replacement of damaged landscaping, power conduits/wiring and concrete/asphalt work adjacent to improvement areas. Work on the Project shall be completed within 90 Working Days. See Plans for Improvement components.
