| Description | The contractor will be required to furnish all materials, labor, equipment and supervision to complete the job. The scope of work is remove and replace approximately 3400 square feet of carpet tiles and 908 feet of vinyl cove base from six locations within building 407 North (Bays C1, A5-K5, H5-H8, H1 and J1). The existing carpet tile shall be replaced with 24" x 24", Grade A carpet tile. Carpet tile color samples shall be presented for approval. The Contractor shall take care in removing carpet tiles and cove base materials. The Contractor shall be responsible for any damage to painted surfaces and walls. | ||
