Description

Elko County Community Development is seeking proposals from qualified organizations for an affordable work force housing development in Jackpot, Nevada. The project site is approximately 12 acres and adjacent to all utilities. The right is reserved by the Board of Elko County Commissioners to reject any and all proposals or to accept such proposal as deemed best by said Board, and to waive any technicality in the proposal form of the proposal. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Questions will only be received and responded to through 5:00 pm, Pacific Time, on September 2, 2022.
