HVAC Upgrades at Cope Middle School

Project Number- 15986, 21-181 A California type A or B license or equivalent is required to be held by contractor. Contractor must have current registration with CA Department of Industrial Relations. The Contractor and any subcontractor(s) shall pay not less than the specified prevailing rates of wages to all workers employed by them in the execution of the contract. The District is seeking DVBE participation with this bid. The work shall be commenced on the date stated in the District's notice to proceed, as provided in the Special Conditions, and as specified therein, shall be completed within ninety (90) Calendar Days from and after the date sated in such notice The Board of Trustees of the Redlands Unified School District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to waive any irregularities in the bids or bidding, to be sole judge as to the merit, quality and acceptability of labor and materials proposed and their compliance to the plans and specifications, if it be in the best interest of the District.
