RFP Engineering - Pearl Creek Elementary School Access Improvement and Plug-Ins (CMAQ)

The Northern Region State of Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (Department), Division of Preconstruction Services, Design Section requires professional engineering services for an engineering design consultant to develop project specific bid-ready professional sealed Final Plans, Specifications & Estimates (PS&E) design package for the Pearl Creek Elementary School Access Imp and Plug-ins (CMAQ). A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package. Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately November 2022 through December 2024. Cost of these professional services is expected to be in the range of $250,000 and $500,000 Individuals with disabilities, including the hearing impaired, who may need auxiliary aids, services, and/or special modifications to submit a proposal should contact the TTY number 711 or 1-800-770-8973, no later than one week prior to the submittal date to make any necessary arrangements. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
