Bartlett Soccer Complex/Bartlett Soccer Complex and Hike and Bike Trail Maintenance

Annual service contract for trash and debris removal, and mowing and lawn maintenance services for the Upper Zacate Creek detention pond and Hike & Bike Trail area. The program consists of the collection of trash, debris, rubbish, and other floatable material and to dispose of all waste at the city’s landfill and for the maintenance and mowing of the creek areas of the upper Zacate Creek detention pond and Uppper Zacate Hike & Bike Trail. The contract consists of the collection of trash and litter from the 40 plus acres and including the 1 acre of permanent pool water. The Upper Zacate Creek Detention Pond is located just north of the intersection between Bartlett Ave and Street Thomas Avenue The Upper Zacate Hike and Bike Trail is located at Fenwick Drive close to Bartlett Ave on the east side of the spillway and it ends on Del Mar Boulevard The Upper Zacate Hike and Bike Trail is about 1.8 miles long. The Upper Zacate Hike & Bike Trail will need maintenance approximately 2.5 feet on each side of the trail.
