Phase 2 of Extensions of 1st Avenue and Union Street

This is Phase 2 of a project that was started in 2019. There is an alternate project for the Transportation Center, 18720 5th Ave, Gadsden, AZ 85336, that is to remove the current 30,600 square feet of paving and replace per MAG specifications Gadsden Elementary School District, #32 is located on US border with Mexico, and it is within the City of San Luis, AZ. Question Submission Deadline:April 25, 2023, 12:00pm The CONTRACTOR shall furnish any and all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, utilities, services and facilities required to perform all work for the construction of Extension of 1st Avenue Phase 2 Project and to completely and totally construct the same and install the materials therein for the OWNER, in a good and workmanlike and substantial manner and to the satisfaction of the OWNER through its representatives and under the direction and supervision of the OWNER, or his properly authorized agents and strictly pursuant to and in conformity with the Plans and Specification prepared by the engineers for the OWNER, and with such modifications of the same and other documents that may be made by the OWNER through his properly authorized agents, as provided herein

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Operation and Maintenance of Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways.
Division 34 -	Transportation, Operation and Maintenance of Transportation.
