| Description | The work on this project consists of the following major components of work: 1. Provide demolition, removal, and disposal of the following: a) Below grade steel"canned" sanitary sewer pump station system, b) Wet well hardware, top slab and grout, c) Retaining wall; fencing; generator; electrical components and concrete pads d) Designated tree and tree trimming 2. Provide force main modifications and a new sanitary sewer pump station including, but not limited to, the following major items: a) Traffic control, b) Pump suction piping; force main; and water service piping, fittings and valves including related excavation and backill, c) Thrust blocks and utility crossing(s) d) Dewatering, e) By-pass connection along with bypass pumping, f) Pump station foundation, pumps, and enclosure, g) Modify existing wet well, h) New emergency bypass pump system, i) New electric service, j) Electric power, pump controls, and alarm signals, k) On-site lighting, l) Painting, m) Site work including site regrading; landscaping; and on-site manhole.
