Description

Remove existing turf with Combinator/Koro machine 1 to 2 inches within media line (approximately 130,680 sf). Haul spoils to an on-site location & spread spoils as directed. Rototill the existing soil material & apply fill dirt as needed (fill dirt to be provided by the County). Laser grade with tractor mounted auto leveling equipment and hand raking in preparation for sod. Sod with Certified Tifway 419 Bermuda grass big roll sod. Roll with 3-ton sod roller
