Other improvements include minor drainage improvements and signalization improvements. (FPID: 443660-1-52-02) consists of adjusting sewer manholes and water valves. (FPID: 441932-1-52-01 Milling and Resurfacing of SR 188 (RACETRACK RD) at the Denton Boulevard Intersection) Other improvements include roadway widening, drainage improvements and signalization improvements. (FPID: 441932-1-52-02) consist of adjusting sewer manholes and valve boxes. (FPID: 441884-1-52-01 SR 188 (RACETRACK RD) at the Marwalt Drive Intersection) Improvements include roadway widening, median closures and signalization improvements. All work to be done in Okaloosa County. The summary of pay items for this project is listed in the Plans. Prequalification is required to bid on this project For bids over $150,000.00, the standard proposal guaranty of 5% of the bid will be required, unless otherwise stipulated in the proposal advertisement. A Proposal Guaranty of not less than five percent (5%) of the total actual bid in the form of either a certified check, cashier's check, trust company treasurer's check, bank draft of any national or state bank, or a Surety Proposal Guaranty made payable to the Florida Department of Transportation must be received for each bid in excess of $150,000.00. A 100% Payment and Performance Bond will be required for all projects unless noted otherwise in the project specifications.
