The City will not be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Addenda, if any, will be provided electronically to plan holders and a return receipt will be requested to verify receipt. Any bids received after the stipulated time of bid opening will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. All bids must be submitted on the Bid Form as furnished in this Specification. Further, contractors shall obtain all such occupational licenses and permits as shall be prescribed by law. The successful bidder will be required to submit a list of his subcontractors for approval before award of contract. The prime contractor shall have a General Contractors License.
