This requirement is for the Hazardous Waste Removal and Emergency Response Services for the U.S. EPA Environmental Science Center, located at Fort Meade, MD. In order to maintain the Environmental Science Center in compliance with all of the various environmental regulations, the agency requires hazardous and non-hazardous waste removal and disposal services, as well as emergency response and spill cleanup services, from the private sector.
