Office, Laboratory and other Building Renovations - Capital Project Portfolio Small Business Administration size is $39.5MM Place of Performance: Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL), Los Alamos, NM The purpose of this notice is two-fold: 1. To announce Los Alamos National Laboratory's (LANL) intent to establish an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award subcontract for the Lab's Project Portfolio of office, laboratory and other support building renovation projects, 2. To gain knowledge of potential sources for planning purposes. The intent of this notice is to identify qualified, prospective subcontractors and ensure they are registered in Ariba, the automated web-based procurement system that LANL has implemented. LANL has a requirement for renovating buildings to support the mission of the laboratory. This includes office buildings, laboratory and other specialty buildings. This project portfolio supports the ongoing needs of the laboratory to modernize infrastructure with a mix of office buildings, laboratory and other support building renovations. It is anticipated that these projects will be awarded using LANL-approved performance specifications and system engineering plans to construct with LANL oversight and management. These projects are non-nuclear with no associated risks to the public or non-nuclear facilities. General Scope Description: Multiple office, testing and other laboratory buildings. All interested firms are invited to submit a capability statement of no more than five (5) pages, back and front, and no smaller than 12-point font.
