Helena Street, Jenifer Street, and Russell Street Assessment District - 2021

This project generally consists of replacement of sanitary sewer main and laterals, storm sewer pipes and structures, asphalt pavement, curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk and driveway aprons. The limits of the project are on Helena St. from Walton Pl. to approximately 350 ft. east of Russell St., on Jenifer St. from Walton Pl. to Division St., and on Russell St. from Jenifer St. to Eastwood Dr.

Division 03 -	Concrete, Precast Concrete.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Earthwork Methods.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Sanitary Sewerage Utilities, Sanitary Utility Sewerage Piping, Sanitary Utility Sewerage Force Mains, Sanitary Utility Sewerage Structures, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
