As of October 7, 2022, no bids received. No definite date for the rebid. The project scope includes Refurbish & modernize AHU-1 system to extend the life and improve indoor air quality. The existing system (original from 1986) consists of; 115,000 cfm, VAV, dual duct, common return HVAC system and is the primary source for ventilation, make-up, cooling, heating, return & exhaust for this lab building. The meeting is to identify preferred brand alternates and their performance standards pertinent to this project.
