Description | As of October 7, 2022, no bids received. No definite date for the rebid. The project scope includes Refurbish & modernize AHU-1 system to extend the life and improve indoor air quality. The existing system (original from 1986) consists of; 115,000 cfm, VAV, dual duct, common return HVAC system and is the primary source for ventilation, make-up, cooling, heating, return & exhaust for this lab building. Notice of Public Meeting for Proposed Alternate Bids for Preferred Products. When: August 29, at 3:30 pm Eastern Time An open public meeting will be held on August 29 @ 4:00 pm in Room 301 of Administrative Services III Building at 2601 Wolf Village Way, Raleigh, NC 27695. The meeting is to identify preferred brand alternates and their performance standards pertinent to this project. Complete plans and specifications for this project in electronic format can be obtained from John Quiocho at Engineered Designs, Inc. (EDI); 1151 SE Cary Pkwy, Cary, NC 27518 during normal office hours.
