Description

The rehabilitation of two culverts under Raymond Street including curedin-place (CIP) lining, pipe bursting, tree clearing, haul route preparation, minor slope stabilization, restoration, traffic control and protection, and appurtenant work utilizing local funding. The project requires each respective Pipe Bursting Contractor or CIP Lining Contractor to have actively engaged in the installation of pipe using Pipe Bursting and/or CIP lining for a minimum of five (5) years and have installed, as a company, a minimum of 20,000 feet in similar conditions.
