Heard County Middle Baseball/Softball Press Box

**Agency decided to cancel the project, see addendum 4.** Two story Concessions / Press Box Building at Heard County Middle School. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after Bids are opened. Submitted Proposals shall include the completed signed Bid Form (along with the Security & Immigration Compliance Form) and the Bid Bond. Bid bond in the amount of five percent of the base bid is required and must be submitted with the bid. A bid bond is the only acceptable form of bid security. No personal checks, cashier's checks, certified checks or cash will be accepted in lieu of the bid bond. Performance and payment bonds amounting to 100 percent of the contract sum will be required. All bonds shall be written by a Surety licensed to conduct business in the State of Georgia, listed on the Federal Register and acceptable to the owner. Owner reserves the right to waive technicalities or irregularities and to reject any or all Bids.
