MSW Landfill Step IIB Cell Construction

The Project consists of construction of approximately 55,300 CY of excavation, 34,900 CY of structural fill, 384,100 SF of low permeability liner base, 386,100 SF of Geosynthetic Clay Liner, 386,100 SF of 60 mil HDPE geomembrane, 386,100 SF of Geocomposite Drainage Net, 384,100 SF of protective cover layer; 2,330 LF of perforated leachate collection pipe, 604 LF of solid leachate pipe, 3 leachate cleanouts, sediment pond removal, abandoning a 60-inch HDPE pipe, stormwater management features; and various erosion and sedimentation control items.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Site Clearing, Earth Moving, Grading, Erosion and Sedimentation Controls.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Ponds and Reservoirs.
Division 35 -	Waterway and Marine Construction, Shoreline Protection, Waterway Construction and Equipment.
