Description

Emergency Preparedness Plan Implementation Natural Gas Generator Equipment Procurement The San Antonio Water System ("SAWS" or the "Water System")) is pursuing Requests for Proposals ("RFPs") from qualified manufacturers to serve as a supplier to provide all equipment and services identified herein required for resiliency improvements at approximately fifteen (15) production facility sites (the "System Supplier") for compliance with the Emergency Preparedness Plan (the "Project"). Question Cuttoff Date & Time 8/26/2022 05:00:00 PM (ET) Electronic Bids can not be accepted after the specified date/ time. Sealed Bids received late will be returned; they will not be opened nor considered in the evaluation of the bid. The undersigned agrees, if the bid is accepted, to furnish any and all items upon which prices are offered, at the price(s) and upon the terms and conditions contained in the specifications. The period of acceptance of this bid will be 90 calendar days after the bid opening date. The San Antonio Water System Purchasing Department is willing to assist any bidder(s) in the interpretation of bid provisions or explanation of how bid forms are to be completed. Assistance may be received by visiting the Purchasing Office in the SAWS Main Office, 2800 US Hwy 281 North, San Antonio, TX 78212, or by calling (210) 233-3819. PREQUALIFICATION AND NDA - Due at least 2 business days prior to the Mandatory Pre-Submittal meeting Due to the confidential nature of this work, prior to receiving a copy of the Drawings and Specifications that accompany this RFP, potential Respondents must submit a satisfactory prequalification form and a NDA. 1. The Mandatory Pre-Submittal meeting will require in-person attendance. Only one (1) team member per firm will be allowed to attend. 2. Confidentiality. A prequalification form and required attachments must be submitted as included in Exhibit A of the RFP that demonstrates basic minimum qualifications necessary to provide the Goods and Services. The firm's team member attending the Mandatory Pre-Submittal meeting (the "Firm Attendee") will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in the form of Exhibit B of the RFP ahead of the Mandatory Pre-Submittal meeting in order to attend, which will serve as the attendees RSVP. The signed NDA shall be submitted to Rosie Baiza via email to rbaiza@saws.org. In order to be considered for an award, respondent must attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference/ Site Visit.
