Stark County Fairgrounds Water Line Replacement

A general description of the work is as follows: Replace approximately 1,106 feet of 6-inch water line, 5,730 feet of 4-inch water line, hydrant assemblies, valves, service lines and appurtenances at the Stark County Fairgrounds. The project will include pavement restoration and seeding. The project will also involve interior plumbing renovations replacing 14 toilets and associated piping improvements. Questions must be addressed in writing to Josh Renicker, P.E. (jrenicker@hammontree-engineers.com), Hammontree & Associates, Limited, by e-mail. Questions will not be accepted after 5:00 p.m. on October 3, 2022. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall comply with the following items: A. This contract is being funded by the Stark County Commissioners. State of Ohio Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. B. Domestic steel use requirements as specified in Section 153.011 of the Ohio Revised Code apply to this project. Copies of Section 153.011 of the Revised Code can be obtained from any of the offices of the Department of Administrative Services. C. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. The Stark County Agricultural Society reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
