St Andrews Capital Improvement Project

Furnishing all labor, materials and equipment to upgrade St Andrews Street. Work includes but is not limited to roadbed widening, subgrade modification, embankment construction, drainage, ditching and clearing. This contract is subject to the provision of State of Alaska, Title 36, Minimum Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds Kenai Peninsula Borough amount equal to five (5%) Owner a Performance and Payment bond in the full amount of the Agreement and shall maintain the Bond in force during the continuance of the Agreement Requests from Bidders for interpretation or clarification of the Bid Documents shall be made in writing to the Purchasing and Contracting Director and shall arrive no later than 5:00 PM on May 26, 2023.
