| Description | The Project work includes Pavement Maintenance that will be performed at Santa Maria High School (SMHS, 901 S. Broadway, Santa Maria, CA). The work includes but is not limited to coordination with the Santa Maria Joint Union High School District, School Plant Manager, protection of existing improvements above and below grade, demolition and removal of existing improvements, construction of PCC landings, reinforced pavement edging curb, asphalt pavement structural section, grinding/removal of existing asphalt pavement, grading compaction and variable depth (2" min) hot mix asphalt overlay paving, lowering and raising of existing utilities (where existing), installation of inductive loops at gate entrance, grinding off of existing striping, asphalt seal coat, striping and restoration of all disturbed existing improvements.
