The Department of Veteran Affairs, NCO 15, intends to award a Construction Contract for Project 657-21-115JC Replace Various AHU's and VAV's, located at 915 N. Grand Blvd., Saint Louis, Missouri 64133. This project is being solicited as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside.
