2020/2021-Village Mowing Services

The Village of Berkeley is requesting proposals from qualified mowing companies to provide Mowing Services for several Village owned properties. This contract will run from September 7, 2020 until October 31, 2021. Services shall be rendered from April 1-October 31 of each year at the following work sites: 1. Grass alleyway between High Street and Calvin Avenue 2. Parkway west of 5936 Butterfield Road 3. Public Works storage yard beneath I294 on Electric Avenue 4. East parkway on the 1400 block of Harding Avenue 5. Grass alley between the 1400 block of Taft Avenue and the 1499 block of Ashbel Avenue 6. Grass alley between the 1300 block of Taft Avenue heading west to Victoria Avenue 7. West parkway between the 1100 and 1000 block of Victoria Avenue 8. Fence line along the Metra parking lot located north of Park Avenue 10. Dead-ends of the 1200 blocks of Ashbel Avenue, Howard Avenue and Irving Avenue 11. Property west of 5500 St. Charles Road (next to the bank parking lot) 12. Village Hall (5819 Electric Avenue)
