Summer 2023 Painting Project

Fulton County Schools (FCS) is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment to perform required work as outlined in the specifications for the following eighteen (18) schools: 1. Banneker HS 2. Barnwell ES 3. Cambridge HS 4. Campbell ES 5. Crabapple Crossing ES 6. Johns Creek HS 7. Milton HS 8. Northwestern MS 9. Northwood ES 10. Oakley ES 11. Randolph ES 12. Renaissance ES 13. Renaissance MS 14. River Trail MS 15. Seaborn Lee ES 16. Sweet Apple ES 17. Webb Bridge MS 18. Woodland MS SUMMARY These projects include interior painting of the hallways, common areas and classrooms of the buildings. Scope of work will include painting of walls, wood and metal surfaces, handrails, exterior doors, door frames and storefronts, if applicable. Stained interior wooden doors will have to be sanded and refinished. Where items are not mentioned, finish them as specified for similar work. *All surfaces will require a minimum of two (2) topcoats for proper coverage after walls are prepped.
