Master Planning Fire Training Facility

The Scope is from qualified architects, engineers, or architectural/engineering consultants/firms, to provide professional analysis, planning, consultation, and design services necessary to develop a master plan for a proposed public safety (police, fire & emergency medical services) training facility. Once a qualified firm is selected, a complete scope of services will be negotiated. However, the scope of services is envisioned to include an evaluation of the proposed site; the identifying and/or analyzing any issues identified during an assessment of the site and/or the city’s plan; the development of alternatives, an assessment of the costs associated with the project (including an estimate of operating costs); identifying Grant Opportunities; the development of a multi-year (phased) implementation plan, and deliverables (i.e., conceptional drawings, site plans, or images).
