| Description | The Work consists of upgrades to the controls at the Water Treatment Plant, 164 Waterworks Road, Newark, Ohio 43055, at the Horns Hill Water Storage Tank located at 1250 Horns Hill Road NE, Newark, Ohio 43055 and the Thornwood Booster Station located at 230 Thornwood Drive SW, Newark, Ohio 43055. Work includes replacement of the existing Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs), Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), and control network configuration and fiber routing. New communications will be provided to the Horn`s Hill Tanks and Thornwood Booster Station Sites. The work will include adding additional monitoring and reporting for specific plant processes. |
