IUKA, MS 38852 Bids will be accepted only under the name of the Bidder to whom Contract documents have been issued by Plan House Printing, on behalf of the Engineer, and whose name appears on the official list of Plan holders maintained by the Engineer on behalf of the Tishomingo Co. Courthouse Roof- Bidders will be required to provide Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the Base Bid. The Owner reserves the right to waive any irregularities, the right to reject one or all bids and the option to postpone action and final decision for a period of up to sixty (60) calendar days. All bids submitted in excess of $75,000 by a prime or subcontractor to do any erection, building, construction, repair, maintenance or related work must comply with the Mississippi Contractors Act of 1985 by securing a Certificate of Responsibility from the State Board of Contractors. The Prime Bidder's Certificate Number must be placed on the outside of the sealed envelope or the bid will not be opened. Subcontractors requiring a Certificate of Responsibility must be listed, including their Certificate of Responsibility Number, on the Sub- Contractor List with the Bid.
